The Warranty covers only the products listed above, purchased in Saudi Arabia from United Yousef M. Naghi Establishment Electronics Division (UYMNED) or one of it's Authorized Dealers. This warranty shall commence from the date of original purchase of the unit.
Product requiring service under warranty must be brought or sent to a UYMNED Service Center or UYMNED Authorized Service Centrex along with the original warranty card and original invoice. The warranty will be deemed in valid unless it has been correctly stamped by the Dealer from whom the unit was purchased. (Note - No accessories should be sent with the unit as UYMED will not be held responsible for any lost or damage to such accessories).
This warranty covers spare parts and Labour charges only for technical and manufacturing defects.
If at any time during the warranty period the appliance has been dismantled or repaired by any unauthorized person, then the purchaser will not be entitled to any rights or remedies under this warranty.
This warranty shall not apple in the following situations:
Damage caused through fire, accident, or any natural disaster.
Damage caused through misuse, wear & tear, water / liquid, negligence or incorrect adjustment.
Damage through installation, adaptation or modification.
Damage caused through local voltage fluctuation.
Damage caused to Video or Audio heads.
This warranty does not cover the following consumable items:
Batteries, Video / Audio tapes, Cabinet or outer case.
Damage caused to Video or Audio heads, Headphones, All accessories (excluding remote controls), Dust bags, Brushes, Filters, Antenna, External Soft Cases.
